Hello,
In an effort to keep our customers informed of events related to
anti-spam filtering, GTA would like to make you aware of a pending
change for one of the MAPS servers. The ORDB database will cease
operation effective 31 December 2006.
If you are using the Mail Abuse Prevention Service on your GTA
firewall. GTA recommends that relays.ordb.org be removed from your
Email Abuse Lists object.
In GB-OS 4.0 this is found by going to Configuration -> System ->
Object -> Editor and selecting your "Email Abuse Lists" object for
editing, then remove the entry for "relays.ordb.org".
If you do not know if you are using MAPS on your GTA firewall, you
should check your Mail Sentinel Email Proxy settings.
In GB-OS 4.0 this is can be done by navigating to: Configuration ->
Threat Management -> Mail Sentinel -> Policies. Select your policy
for editing. If you are using the Mail Abuse Prevention Service it
will be enabled .
