Well, I ended up having to renew my support for one year. GTA reset my codes
and everything is working correctly now since I replaced the bad nic.

Is the NIC that you are installing a supported NIC?
Is your GB-Ware recognizing your dongle being connected when you change
NICs?

What is the description for your activation codes when you have the original
NIC installed?  When you say your features disappeard, did the decoded
description change to ?????
