Skip `SessionBasedDaemon` tests on Python 2.6
Apparently, the `python-daemon` package fails at creating PID files on
Python 2.6, which makes all those tests time out and ultimately fail.
Disable the tests altogether: Py2.6 is a dying platform and it does
not make much sense to spend time devising another set of tests now...
