Dear GC3Pie users, We are proud to announce release 2.5.0 of GC3Pie. Among a few bugfixes, this release introduces support for writing "daemons", i.e., processes that detach from the console and continue running in the background continually responding to events. A typical use case is watching a filesystem directory and submitting jobs to analyze files are that are created there.
