[Bug target/20016] New: Compiling libgcc2.c with -Os for avr-gcc?

Since code size is more important than speed for the avr target,
I'd like to suggest to add '-Os' to 'gcc/config/avr/t-avr' 
(TARGET_LIBGCC2_CFLAGS)
