[Bug c++/24686] New: ICE when building a variation of NMSTL

We have a customized version of the NMSTL library, and get an ICE when we build
it. (Sorry, I couldn't find directions on how to fill out Host triplet, Target
triplet, and Build triplet.)

I'm using Ubuntu Linux 5.10.
