[Bug c/26353] New: [4.2/4.1/4.0]: 9% regresssion in SPEC CPU 2K 175.vpr on Nocona

I saw 9% regression in SPEC CPU 2K 175.vpr -O2 number on Nocona between gcc
3.4.4 and gcc 4.2. Gcc 4.1 and 4.0 have similar regression.
