[Bug c++/27748] New: [4.2 Regression] rejects _Pragma with macros

In 4.1.0, this is accpeted and in 4.2.0, this is rejected:
t.c:4: warning: malformed ‘#pragma pack’ - ignored
t.c:4: error: expected unqualified-id before ‘)’ token
t.c:4: error: expected declaration before end of line

I want to say this is valid
