Can someone check to see if the proposed patch also fixes PR 27894, it is the
same issue as we have:
extern CBaseEntityList *g_pEntityList;
inline IHandleEntity* CBaseHandle::Get() const
{
 extern CBaseEntityList *g_pEntityList;
....
