Here's what I get: makeinfo -v --split-size=5000000 --split-size=5000000 --split-size=5000000 -I /USER/philippe/Irix/Gcc_Sources/gcc/doc/include -I /USER/philippe/Irix/Gcc_Sources/gcc/fortran -o doc/gfortran.info ; echo $? makeinfo: missing file argument. Try `makeinfo --help' for more information. 1 The whole thing probably happens because of: makeinfo --version makeinfo (GNU texinfo) 4.5 If configure could warn about it, it would be nice...
