Attempting to compile the following function causes an ICE:

#include <emmintrin.h>
long foo(__m128i val)
    return __builtin_ia32_vec_ext_v2di(val, 1)
}

Changing the call to any of the following compiles just fine:
__builtin_ia32_vec_ext_v2di(val, 0)
__builtin_ia32_vec_ext_v4si(val, 1)
__builtin_ia32_vec_ext_v8hi(val, 1)
