[Bug c++/38639] New: [4.4 regression] ICE with invalid use of auto in parallel for-loop

The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline when compiled
with "-fopenmp":

{
#pragma omp parallel for
  for (auto i = i = 0; i<4; ++i) ;
}

void bar()
{
  foo<0>();
}
========================================
