This Bug showed up in the last few days. The script "contrib/test_summary"
and the Testsuite scripts do not email the 'gcc-testresults' list.

My build logs indicate that this Bug did _not_ occur with gcc version 
4.4.0 20090122 (experimental) [trunk revision 143562], but _if_ it 
had occurred previously, it would not have been reported.

If we had some means to find the "non-reported" test failures and include
them in the email to the 'gcc-testresults' list we would be better off.
