[Bug other/39138] New: [4.4 Regression] - Fix Copyright Dates Before 4.5.0 Branch (or sooner)

While building "gcc version 4.4.0 20090208" I noticed we need to check our
dates:

# gmake
... (long time)
GNATLINK 4.4.0 20090208 (experimental)
Copyright (C) 1995-2008, Free Software Foundation, Inc.
...

We need instances of "2008" (and if there is "2007", etc...) to  read "2009".
