I am adding Nick Clifton to the CC list since he is listed as the maintainer
for fr30 and mcore. fr30 and it's two options (-mno-lsim and -msmall-model)
are not documented at all in invoke.texi. mcore is missing documentation about
the -mno-lsim option. IA64 was missing some documentation but I fixed that
while fixing PR 30687. All the other targets have been removed.
