[Bug target/41358] New: correct types for OpenBSD targets

The attached diff updates types for OpenBSD.

ie as per http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-cvs&m=113717477200754&w=2 
size_t, ssize_t, intptr_t and uintptr_t have been standardised across all
OpenBSD platforms for several years.
