--enable-stage1-languages=c,c++ AFAIK this is now necessary when building in-tree GMP/MPFR . If that requirement has been lifted.. then this problem will evaporate (or I can take a diff. approach to building GMP/MPFR). -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41405
