[Bug c++/42880] New: trunk does not compile boost MPL

gcc version 4.5.0 20100126 (rev. 156253) is
not able to compile the following "program":

#include <boost/mpl/size.hpp>

version 20100115 didn't complain. I've checked
it on boost 1.37 and 1.39. For those who don't
have boost installed, there is a preprocessed
file from boost 1.39.
