Latest and updatest.
Updated:
- enable for mingw targets
- open files in binary mode in is_elf_or_coff
- bunch of commenting added.
- renamed the public lto_elf_* interface functions to lto_obj_*
Untested yet: about to take this for a bootstrap and test cycle.
