GNU C (GCC) version 4.4.4 20100409 (prerelease) [gcc-4_4-branch revision 158160] (powerpc64-apple-darwin9) compiled by GNU C version 4.4.4 20100409 (prerelease) [gcc-4_4-branch revision 158160], GMP version 4.2.4, MPFR version 2.3.2. gmp and mpfr built in tree - although I usually symlink them, in this case they are copied trees. One thing I have found is that if there's an incomplete or unsuccessful configuration in the gmp or mpfr dirs it messes stuff up (I haven't attempted to figure out why). It might be worth trying a "make distclean" in the gmp of mpfr dirs and/or deleting and putting them back from a fresh install. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37632
