It's supposed to specify the testsuite driver. That it does, but then it forgets that it was supposed to run a specific test. E.g.: make check-gcc RUNTESTFLAGS='execute.exp=arith-rand.c' Will run the driver execute.exp, telling it to only run tests that match arith-rand.c . > -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=44654
