Unfortunately the GCC project does not maintain its own translations. This is taken care of by the Translation Project. The translation team for Russian has a web page here: http://translationproject.org/team/ru.html. Could you please file the bug there, instead? The bug is a Translation Project bug, and not a GCC bug, so I'm closing this as INVALID for GCC.
