I minimized the failing source; this command line provokes the ICE:
/storage/gcc470rc1/obj/./gcc/cc1 -fpreprocessed minimized.i -g
The ICE goes away if I remove the -g switch, or if I use cc1 from gcc 4.6.2.
This ICE is unique to the bootstrapped cc1 for gcc 4.7.0.
