Reduced testcase that crashes cc1plus
The minimal testcase attached seems to trigger a stack overflow in cc1plus
(confirmed on both x86_64 and MinGW x86).
This doesn't seem to happen on any gcc 4.7 or 4.4 compilers I've tried, only
the 4.6 series.
