This affects MinGW-w64 GCC 64-bit SJLJ builds. GCC versions known to be
affected: 4.6.1, 4.6.3, 4.7.2, 4.8.0 20121225.
It does not seem to affect MinGW-w64 GCC 64-bit SEH builds.
