I configured the gcc with:

--disable-libssp

--disable-tls
--with-gnu-as
--with-gnu-ld
--with-newlib
--with-headers=yes
--with-sysroot=...
--with-gmp=... --with-mpfr=... --with-mpc=... --with-ppl=...
--with-cloog=... --with-libelf=...
--with-host-libstdcxx='-static-libgcc -Wl,-Bstatic,-lstdc++,-Bdynamic -lm'
--enable-languages=c,c++
And it failed with message:

It works if I revert r195295
