What I actually meant to say with my comment is that for a proper bug report
the category should be C++11, because the argumentation of the bug report was
based on standard wording and not based on a gcc extension statement. Therefore
my own validation (e.g. when referring to gcc 4.9) did all happen with using
std=c++11.
