--- Comment #2 from graeser at mi dot fu-berlin.de --- With gcc 5.4.0 on Ubuntu this issue seems to be essentially fixed. However, compilation still takes about 14s and eats up about 1gb which looks huge compared to 0.1s and 31mb if the indirection via test() is removed.
