reproducer for gcc 6.3.0 bootstrap failure with Xcode 9 beta

bzip2 compressed archive with auto-profile.ii preprocessed source to reproduce
bootstrap failure under Xcode 9 beta on OS X 10.12 using the supplied compile
shell script.
