Test case
I'm seeing the following ICE:
g++ -Wall ice.cpp
ice.cpp: In function ‘void sema_init(semaphore*)’:

I've attached the preprocessed dump.
I think the code should produce an error (as it does if compiled for C).
The compiler is the Fedora 27 compiler, gcc-7.3.1-5.fc27.x86_64.
