I've fixed the problem with the wording of the -fno-defer-pop documentation.
The other problem raised in this issue was the difficulty in locating
documentation for the positive form -fdefer-pop. I'm going to address this in
general by adding an @opindex entry for the positive form of all "no-" options
so searching the document will at least turn up a hit in the index that will
get you to the right place.
