A few GCC10 backend cleanup comments - "" constraints in match_operand should be omitted, it would be nice to replace GET_CODE (x) == REG or GET_CODE (x) != MEM etc. tests with REG_P (x) or !MEM_P (x) etc. and the formatting is sometimes quite weird.
