--- Comment #2 from Ian Harvey <ian_harvey at bigpond dot com> --- The spurious warning is issued regardless of whether warnings are requested or not (i.e. it is reported with a command line of just `gfortran -c file.f90`). The warning is issued even if -Wno-aliasing is explicitly provided.
