--- Comment #3 from Jakub Jelinek <jakub at gcc dot gnu.org> --- Ah, we already do have native_encode_initializer, so perhaps we should move it over from dwarf2out.c to fold-const.c and tweak to handle the 4 arguments instead of 3 and possibly NULL ptr.
