Last time this issue came up, I asked you to re-build all debian with -mlra enabled https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2019-12/msg00977.html I'm still waiting for the results. I've been telling you to turn on LRA for specific cases, but that doesn't mean it's not gonna have regressions. So please try using -mlra for *all* packages, including kernel and let the system boostrap. Please report your findings in this PR.
