gimple_or_expr_nonartificial_location will extract a location from the passed
in expr node. That's generally the wrong thing to do.
For gcc-11 that code should either be removed or turned into a gcc_unreachable
so that we can track down occurrences of UNKNOWN_LOCATION slipping through on
gimple statements.
