Using a specification function depending on an assumed-rank array argument to
set character length ICEs on:

GNU Fortran (GCC) 9.3.1 20200819
GNU Fortran (GCC) 10.2.1 20200819
GNU Fortran (GCC) 11.0.0 20200807 (experimental)
