Hi All!

With intent out assumed-rank allocatable argument the generated code is missing
is missing the descriptor copy out.

Seen in:

GNU Fortran (GCC) 11.0.1 20210411 (experimental)
GNU Fortran (GCC) 10.3.1 20210411
