The latest trunk has fixed this issue. As check the fix is r11-321
998fbe9f1f7e5ef53ca79fbd28f8a3875a477baa. This fix is handling the debug_insn
which was also mentioned in comment 4.
Just wondering if need to backport to gcc10/9.
