I think that addition of

+# if defined(__AVX512VL__)
+    want_level = 7, want_b = bit_AVX512VL;
+# elif defined(__AVX512F__)
+    want_level = 7, want_b = bit_AVX512F;
+# elif defined(__AVX2__)

to check_vect solves all current uses in gcc.dg/vect
