Fixed by r5-424-g807e902eea17f3 .
Which does:
print_dec (node, file, TYPE_SIGN (TREE_TYPE (node)));
always instead of dependent on the TREE_INT_CST_HIGH/TREE_INT_CST_LOW parts
being different.
