Was a fix ever committed? I've been on a 2-month vacation, and when coming
back and recompiling/running the D testsuite, I get a fair number of
UNSUPPORTED failures for all tests that make use of dg-additional-sources.
This'll make it difficult to update the language implementation with the latest
version and be sure there're no new regressions.
