Any news on this issue?
I am seeing a very similar error:
libgomp: Trying to map into device [0x4da234d8..0x4da49958) object when
[0x4d9fd040..0x4da2cde0) is already mapped
Moreover, the error appears sporadically when repeating a run with the same
inputs.
