It seems that the nmasks is wrong here:

                  unsigned nmasks
                    = exact_div (ncopies * bestn->simdclone->simdlen,
                                 TYPE_VECTOR_SUBPARTS (vectype)).to_constant
();

ncopies is correct and vectype is correct, but the value of
bestn->simdclone->simdlen is suspect.
