Status:
* 'omp_default_device' is now supported. - that's (4) in comment 0
  and comment 1.

TODO:
* Modify the compiler itself to use GOMP_DEVICE_DEFAULT_OMP_61
  - attachment 61034 updates gimplify.cc's modify_call_for_omp_dispatch
  - but older code can be updated as well, cf. comment 0
