I think I have a fix for all regressions [a few testcases needed to change]
except for uninit-pred-7_a.c which I filed PR 122660 and will xfail it. It is
NOT the first time it was xfailed even :). I am running hopefully the last
bootstrap/test on the 12 patches set and will submit them when it finishes.
Most of the patches are cleanups but there are a few fixes in the set (each
patch is for a seperate thing for easier to review and it was easier to
implement that way even).
