I tried to reproduce this on a graviton 3 instance with ubuntu 24.04:
g++ --version

Not sure how you got 13.2, but I also built 13.2 using the releases/gcc-13.2.0
branch, and neither showed wrong behaviour, they all printed:

Can you double check the gcc versions, aws instance type or do:
$ cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep "CPU part"
and make sure it shows 0xd40
