I'm not sure what to do with this one. I think the status is that there are
more opportunities for zero-strided loads but nobody has actually seen benefit
of those on publicly available hardware.
Therefore, I'll mark this as suspended. If somebody is interested to tackle
the remaining vlses, please re-open.
