Furthermore, right now lname/lversion in dwarf2out.cc are meant only for
language versions which have some standard DWARF 5 (or earlier) DW_LANG_* code
for earlier version of the standard and then newer one added solely in DWARF 6
or as post-DWARF 5 DWARF 5 extension.
DW_LANG_Algol68 itself is post-DWARF 5 DWARF 5 extension, so just emitting
DW_LANG_Algol68 for -gdwarf-5 is good enough, no need to emit also
DW_LNAME_Algol68 1968 next to it, that is just waste of .debug_info size.
Unless Algol68 2025 is released and you support it, then you want
DW_LNAME_Algol68 2025.
