--- Comment #2 from Jonathan Wakely <redi at gcc dot gnu.org> --- Although the ICE is a compiler bug, it seems to be triggered by a libstdc++ change because preprocessing the example with libstdc++ from GCC 12 and compiling with GCC 13 does not ICE.
